It has a wide range of service temperature (from -65 deg F to 250 deg F). Intermittent excursions can go up up to 275°F. BMS595TYI usually acts as an effective barrier in cases of common causes of aluminum corrosion or galvanized corrosion between certain metals. The cured sealant also maintains most elastomeric properties after exposure to jet fuel.
