The compound, made from manganese dioxide and polysulfied, can be applied by brush and has excellent adhesion properties when applied to aircraft substrates. PS890 cures at room temperature to produce a resilient seal. It maintains outstanding elastomeric properties when exposed to either aviation gas or jet fuel.
