It comes ready for use with Dibutyl Tin Dilaurate as the standard curing element, although other curing catalysts are available for faster cure or for automated mixing.
RTV511DBT is excellent for heat-shielding, thermal insulation and for encapsulating electronic assemblies. It possesses the widest temperature shielding range of any silicone elastomer, from –175 to 400 degrees F.
