TRACON BA2151 is a heat conductive epoxy that can be used reliably to stake heat-sensitive components like integrated circuits, transistors, resistors and diodes to printed circuit boards. TRACON BA2151 is a two-part smooth paste sealant that passes requirements for the NASA Outgassing specification. This sealant is resistant to milk acids and alkalis, salt solutions, petroleum solvents, alcohol and lubricating oils. Among other materials, TRACON BA2151 bonds easily to plastics, glass, ceramics, silica, metals and itself.
